With an average increase in turnover of 13% per annum the HAIX group is in the fortunate position of publishing outstanding budget figures. The business’ focus is on achieving a positive export ratio: the company was able to increase this figure from the level of 49% in 2010 to 64% of total production in the previous financial year. So more than half of the 985,000 pairs manufactured at the production sites in Mainburg und Mala Subotica, Croatia were sold on the international market.

To safeguard its continued growth the company has plans for an extensive expansion project in 2014. The production capacity at the Mala Subotica site is set to double. The headquarters in Mainburg, north of Munich, where the warehouse facilities, administration, laboratories and entire shoe development department are located has been built up to become an ultra modern unit.

It is anticipated that the target-oriented marketing strategies, new product lines, the intensive upgrading of the online shop as well as an extensive dealer network will all continue to support the expansion strategy.
