Social Media Specialist (d/f/m)

Your role in this journey:

• Translate brand goals into the Dutch social media marketing landscape, according to the latest methods and insights
• Advance and execute a successful social media strategy across all relevant channels (paid and organic) - from channel implementation to community management
• Adapt international social media strategy to the Dutch market and create specific Dutch content if required
• Develop an influencer and brand ambassador strategy to spread the HAIX hero message, onboard and coordinate external partners and act like an Community Manager 
• Plan and manage the social media and influencer marketing budget  
• Conduct relevant analyses and translate into implementable insights  
• Closely collaboration with the global marketing team as well as the Dutch sales team
• Co-operate in developing the growth of the HAIX Netherland organization and the team  

Your backpack is filled with:

• Extensive knowledge and skills in social media marketing (paid and organic) – experience in influencer marketing and community management as a plus
• Experience in managing projects with social and creative agencies and other external partner teams
• Basic knowledge of digital image and video editing
• A curious and proactive mindset and not afraid to bring new ideas
• Flexible and ambitious, with an hands-on mentality and entrepreneurial spirit
• Dutch (native speaker level), English (business fluent), German would be an advantage
