Social Media and Influencer Specialist (d/f/m)

Your role in this journey:

• Introduction, development and implementation of email marketing
• Deliver results based on data and social insights and translate findings into actionable insights 
• Budget planning for social media and influencer marketing 
• Collaborate closely with our global our marketing team and Dutch sales team 

Social Media:

• Lead the strategy, development, and activation of the Dutch social media strategy according to brand goals  
• Lead building the HAIX brand across multiple social channels by using channel specific content strategies and activations 
• Develop and manage social media campaigns to achieve growth goals 
• Supervision and managing of paid advertising on social media channels 
• Implement new social media channels  
• Adapt international social media content to the Dutch market and create specific Dutch content where necessary  

 Influencer relations:  

• Develop and implement an influencer and brand ambassador strategy 
• Find and onboard influencers and brand ambassadors which can transmit the HAIX Hero Message 
• Responsible for the Community management 

Your backpack is filled with:

• Extensive knowledge of social and content marketing tools as well as social media marketing and paid advertising
• Several years of experience in Influencer marketing and community management 
• A proactive personality with strong communication skills and experienced in managing agencies and other external partners
• Basic knowledge of digital image and video editing would be an advantage
• Dutch (native speaker level), English (business fluent), German
