From our centrally located office in Utrecht – just a few steps from the main train station – we drive the online sales and digital marketing activities for the Benelux region. To support our growth, we’re looking for a results-driven and proactive e-Commerce Sales Specialist (m/f/d) to join our dynamic team.

Your role in this journey:
- Revenue & Performance: Take ownership of revenue growth and overall performance of the HAIX online shop, ensuring continuous optimization of sales and customer experience
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to enhance conversion rates and increase the average order value
- Data-Driven Growth: Analyze customer data, market trends, and competitor activities to identify and leverage new growth opportunities
- Campaign Management: Plan, manage, and execute launch campaigns, promotions, and discount strategies to drive customer engagement and sales
- Advertising Optimization: Work closely with the Digital Ads Specialist to improve the effectiveness of Google and Meta ad campaigns, ensuring maximum return on investment
- Webshop & UX Management: Oversee the webshop’s appearance, ensuring content is always up-to-date and optimized to enhance user experience and engagement
- Landing Page Development: Create and optimize landing pages tailored to the needs of different target audiences in collaboration with the international e-commerce team
- Performance Tracking & Insights: Monitor key performance indicators such as revenue, conversion rate, and customer lifetime value, using data and analytics tools to derive actionable insights
- Customer Journey Optimization: Continuously refine and improve the purchasing process to ensure a seamless and engaging customer experience
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with the international e-commerce team and contribute to the growth and development of HAIX Netherlands
Your backpack is filled with:
- A completed relevant degree with at least 2 years of experience in e-commerce and/or online marketing
- Proven experience in e-commerce sales, with a strong understanding of how to leverage digital sales channels to drive revenue
- Knowledge of e-commerce systems such as Shopify, Magento, or Shopware
- Interest in current digital business trends and developments in the industry
- Strong analytical skills, particularly in e-commerce KPIs and solid expertise in web analysis (Google Analytics)
- Basic experience in email marketing, Google Ads and other digital marketing tools
- A flexible and ambitious mindset, hands-on mentality, and entrepreneurial spirit
- Dutch (native speaker level) is a must, English (business fluent), German is a plus
