Your mission at HAIX:
Lead and manage our email marketing and CRM strategy for the Benelux region – with a strong focus on the Netherlands. Your goal: connect, convert, and retain customers through personalized communication that builds long-term relationships. You think in journeys, not single emails – and you know how to turn data into meaningful experiences.
What you will do:
- Develop and own the email and CRM strategy for the Dutch market – from the first click to lifelong loyalty
- Plan, design, and execute targeted email and CRM campaigns that drive engagement, loyalty and sales
- Build and optimize automated email flows and CRM journeys (e.g., welcome series, cart abandonment, re-engagement, loyalty programs)
- Develop segmentation and personalization strategies that bring our customers closer to the brand.
- Turn our brand DNA into channel-specific content – relevant, powerful, and always on point
- Adapt and localize international assets and campaigns for the Dutch audience – with your native-level understanding for language and culture
- Monitor and analyze performance across email and CRM touchpoints (open rates, CTRs, conversions, revenue, retention) and turn insights into action
- Develop smart testing scenarios to constantly optimize layout, subject lines, links, landing pages, and copy
- Bring in new ideas and push the channel forward – from lifecycle journeys to personalization and segmentation strategies
- Develop templates and CRM assets that are as powerful and reliable as our boots
- Collaborate closely with E-Commerce, Social Media, Content, and Dutch Sales teams and align regularly with the German Marketing team to ensure consistency and knowledge sharing
What you bring to the team:
- Native-level Dutch – you speak like your audience, because you are one of them
- Proven experience in e-Mail Marketing and CRM (ideally with tools like Salesforce, HubSpot or similar)
- 2–4 years of experience as an e-Mail Marketing Manager, ideally in e-commerce, B2C or Social Media
- Hands-on-experience with tools like Klaviyo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Mailchimp oder HubSpot
- Basic knowledge with web analytics tools (Google Analytics, GA4 etc.)
- Structured and proactive – you act, analyze, improve
- Data-driven mindset and strong analytical skills: You read the numbers, understand behavior, and know what to tweak
- Creative flair for content and visuals – and a hunger to always do better
- You don’t wait for instructions – you take ownership and drive topics forward
