01. Where can I find a dealer close to me?
We are currently working on providing a dealer locator on our website. Until then, you may call 866-344-HAIX or email us to find a dealer near you.

02. What if there is not a dealer close to me or the dealer closest to me does not have the boots I want?
Any of our authorized dealers would be happy to order the boots that you would like. If there is no dealer near you, you may order direct from HAIX® through our online store or by phone, 866-344-HAIX. We also have a number of dealers who sell HAIX® via internet websites.

03. What forms of payment are accepted in your online store?
We accept Mastercard, VISA, Discover and American Express.

04. Do you ship online orders to Canada or internationally?
Because of import and customs duties involved in shipping to other countries, we can only ship to destinations within the United States.

05. How soon can I expect my order to ship when purchased through your online store?
Typically, orders leave our warehouse within 24-48 hours of receipt. We ship online orders via UPS to destinations within the United States.

06. What are your return policies for items purchased through your online store?

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order to our company for a full refund. You will need to complete the return form; the return label is attached to the original packing list.

All unworn product can be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase, with no exceptions. All we ask is that you send the items back to us in the original packaging (please put HAIX® boot box in original plain cardboard box for return shipment) and make sure that the merchandise is in the same condition.

      
  • Products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging.   
  • Return shipping is free.   
  • Free returns are only provided through UPS.   
  • If you decide to use another carrier other than UPS, you are responsible for all return fees. Return fees are non-refundable.   
  • If alternate carriers are used (other than UPS), lost shipments are not the responsibility of HAIX® North America.   
  • HAIX® does not offer exchanges; instead we ask that you place a new order.   
  • HAIX® has provided a pre-paid UPS domestic label to return the purchase to us. You can drop off the package at your nearest UPS location or anywhere UPS picks up.   
  • Once your return is received and inspected (usually within 72 hours of receipt), your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days. Please note that, depending on your credit card company, it may take additional 3-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account. We appreciate your patience.   
  • We are unable to offer exchanges for orders during the return process. If you would like the same shoe in another size or style, simply place a new order. We cannot guarantee inventory will be available when you place your new order.

For orders purchased from an authorized dealer, you must contact the dealer direct for any returns or exchanges.

07. What kind of warranty do you offer?
HAIX® offers a one year limited warranty that our boots will be free from defects in materials or workmanship. If the purchaser discovers any defects within the first year, contact HAIX® North America at 866-344-HAIX to file a warranty claim. HAIX® will repair or replace any item at no charge if found defective under the manufacturer warranty. For further information about warranty coverage please contact HAIX® North America directly.

08. What NFPA certifications do your boots have?
All of our fire boots and some of our EMS boots have NFPA certifications, among others. Some boots are certified to more than one NFPA standard. Please click "download features" on a boot's product page to determine the certifications for that boot.

09. Can your boots be re-soled?
All of our boots can be re-soled with original manufacturer soles and materials through our Extended Wear Program. Please click on the Repair Program tab for more information.

10. Do you offer women`s sizes?
All of our fire boots come in women's sizes 5-12. All other boots can be fit to a ladies foot by ordering one size smaller in a men's size boot.

11. I have a hard to fit foot, what can you offer the hard to fit customer?
Most people can fit into our boots as our sizes fit up to either a men's size 15 or 16. For those with special circumstances, in some cases, a non-returnable custom made boot can be produced to your measurements for an additional fee above the regular price of the boot. You must allow 12-16 weeks for delivery.
