01. Where can I find a dealer close to me?
We are currently working on providing a dealer locator on our website. Until then, you may call 866-344-HAIX or email us to find a dealer near you.
02. What if there is not a dealer close to me or the dealer closest to me does not have the boots I want?
Any of our authorized dealers would be happy to order the boots that you would like. If there is no dealer near you, you may order direct from HAIX® through our online store or by phone, 866-344-HAIX. We also have a number of dealers who sell HAIX® via internet websites.
03. What forms of payment are accepted in your online store?
We accept Mastercard, VISA, and American Express.
04. Do you ship online orders to Canada or internationally?
Because of import and customs duties involved in shipping to other countries, we can only ship to destinations within the United States.
05. How soon can I expect my order to ship when purchased through your online store?
Typically, orders leave our warehouse within 24-48 hours of receipt. We ship online orders via UPS to destinations within the United States.
06. What are your return policies for items purchased through your online store?
If for any reason you wish to return boots purchased from the HAIX® online store, please contact HAIX® North America at 866-344-HAIX to obtain a return authorization to ship with your boots. Buyer is responsible for the shipping costs on the return shipment unless there was an error made by HAIX® North America in the original shipment. It is recommended that returned item be shipped back with an associated tracking number, as buyer is responsible until the item is received by our warehouse.
We will accept returns for credit or exchange on purchases made within the last 30 days. Boots must be in new condition and returned in their original HAIX® boot box. A small 5% re-stocking fee may be applied. In issuing a refund/credit, no shipping costs will be refunded.
07. What kind of warranty do you offer?
HAIX® offers a one year limited warranty that our boots will be free from defects in materials or workmanship. If the purchaser discovers any defects within the first year, contact HAIX® North America at 866-344-HAIX to file a warranty claim. HAIX® will repair or replace any item at no charge if found defective under the manufacturer warranty. For further information about warranty coverage please contact HAIX® North America directly.
08. What NFPA certifications do your boots have?
All of our fire boots and some of our EMS boots have NFPA certifications, among others. Some boots are certified to more than one NFPA standard. Please click "download features" on a boot's product page to determine the certifications for that boot.
09. Can your boots be re-soled?
All of our boots can be re-soled with original manufacturer soles and materials through our Extended Wear Program. Please click on the Repair Program tab for more information.
10. Do you offer women`s sizes?
All of our fire boots come in women's sizes 5-12. All other boots can be fit to a ladies foot by ordering one size smaller in a men's size boot.
11. I have a hard to fit foot, what can you
offer the hard to fit customer?
Most people can fit into our boots as our sizes fit up to either a men's size 15 or 16. For those with special circumstances, in some cases, a non-returnable custom made boot can be produced to your measurements for an additional fee above the regular price of the boot. You must allow 12-16 weeks for delivery.
