After 1945, with his imperturbable pioneering spirit Xaver Haimerl manages to overcome the destructive impacts of the war and, with the establishment of the HAIX® shoe factory, he sets the foundation for a company that was to gain international reputation under the leadership of the current owner and CEO Ewald Haimerl.
