HAIX® are worn the world over by professionals who - in their specific field - belong to the elite: Special Forces, fire brigades, rescue services. These are people who must be able to rely 100 percent on their equipment when performing their hard and often dangerous tasks.
It is their performance which motivates us - in particular with regard to service. We know just how hard they have to perform. Speed is of the essence when it comes to performing their tasks. We certainly do not want to lag behind. Local specialists ensure that your HAIX® are ready for use as quickly as possible. Accessories can be purchased in our shop and our service hotline provides dealers and customers with advice and assistance.
From old to new again!:
- Replacement of shoelaces
(laced fire boots are exclusively fitted with NOMEX® shoelaces) - Resoling and replacement of rubber toe caps
- Replacement of inside backstraps, hooks and loops
- Repairs to seams.
